The signature dish at Ginza Tenryu Honten is jumbo gyoza, packed with filling inside a thick, banana-shaped skin that releases juicy broth when broken open. The filling of pork thigh meat, Chinese cabbage, and green onion is made without garlic or chives for a light taste, which is popular among those who don't want to worry about the smell.
