  • Modern space accented with marble
  • Popular for dates and girls' gatherings

The specialty of MERCER BRUNCH Ginza Terrace is French toast made with specially ordered brioche. It's crisp on the outside and moist, soft on the inside, with subtle sweetness. It's typically enjoyed with maple syrup or honey. Also popular is a colorful dish layering salmon tartare with avocado and a poached egg, as well as an appetizer featuring chickpea hummus that lets you eat plenty of vegetables. During the day the focus is on brunch, while at night it transforms into an NY-style Italian restaurant serving steak and pasta, with a strong focus on wine as well. In addition to the calm interior lined with marble tables and sofa seating, there are 15 seats on a balcony terrace overlooking the streets and night view of Ginza. All seats are non-smoking, the venue is barrier-free, and it's an easy spot to use for dates, girls' gatherings, or meals with family.
