The star of Wolfgang's Steakhouse Roppongi is the Prime T-bone steak, made from red meat dry-aged for about 28 days and seared at high heat. Fragrant on the outside and juicy inside, it's praised for offering both sirloin and fillet in a single, luxurious cut. The seafood platter, with lobster and crab meat, also surprises many guests who say it's authentic seafood despite this being a steakhouse. The Caesar salad with fragrant bacon and the rich lobster bisque are also standards. Each dish comes in a portion large enough to share between two to four people, and some guests say sharing with family or friends offers more satisfaction than the price alone suggests. The thick wine list, with staff ready to suggest a glass that pairs well with the meat, is reassuring, and there is a dessert plate presentation available for birthdays.
