The signature creation at Mont St. Clair is C'est la vie, featuring a hexagonal white chocolate mousse layered with raspberries. With its refined sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, it has gained enduring popularity as a creation that draws endless visitors. From the chou croquant with its contrast between a crunchy croquant crust and rich custard, to Corolle—a strawberry mousse catching the eye with its glossy red glaze—and tarts featuring whole peaches, limited-edition sweets highlighting seasonal fruits rotate throughout the year, turning the showcase into a display reminiscent of a jewelry box. A selection of baked goods such as seasonal danishes and baguette open-faced sandwiches is also available, making the time spent choosing an enjoyable experience in itself. Having started on this Jiyugaoka hill in March 1998, this patisserie is known as the origin point of Chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi. The shop is completely non-smoking and offers parking, making it an ideal stop when looking for gifts or an anniversary dessert.
