Located a 2-minute walk from Ebisu Station on the 8th floor of GEMS Ebisu, VANNE YORONIKU is a meat kappo-style yakiniku restaurant carrying on the tradition of Minami Aoyama Yoroniku. A dedicated staff member is assigned to each table to cook all the meat to optimal doneness and timing, allowing you to focus on conversation and flavor without worrying over the grill. The chateaubriand, gently cooked at low temperature, is praised as being so tender you hardly need teeth to chew it. Other signature offerings follow, including silk loin lightly seared and wrapped around a bite of rice, bruschetta topped with diced beef yukhoe on toasted baguette, and sukiyaki fragrant with rich egg and truffle. The course flows comfortably to a close, featuring Awa hand-stretched somen noodles and shaved ice.
