The star of Partenope Ebisu is its Neapolitan pizza, certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and baked one at a time in a wood-fired oven imported directly from Italy. The signature "Partenope" pizza, named after the restaurant, combines buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, and its fragrant thin crust with a chewy edge has won the support of many. The menu also offers a wide variety of other pizzas, from a simple marinara to shirasu (whitebait) and mushroom, making it fun to compare several types. An appetizer platter that lets you sample small portions of ham, vegetables, and fritti, as well as seafood dishes like acqua pazza, are also well regarded. The white interior, with wooden tables arranged around the wood-fired oven, has an open, resort-like feel, and the lively atmosphere filled with Italian conversation is pleasant. A wine selection that the restaurant takes pride in, along with the sommelier's suggestions, makes it a good choice for a date or a meal with friends. The lunch set, which comes with a salad and a drink, is popular for its good value, and as a restaurant that has continued in Ebisu since 2001, it is also used for celebratory dinners with course meals in the evening.
