Situated near the entrance to Enoshima and within walking distance from Katase-Enoshima Station, Tobiccho Main Store is a seafood bowl shop directly managed by a shirasu wholesaler. Its signature offering is the raw shirasu don, prepared exclusively with whitebait caught that very day, celebrated for its smooth texture and subtle sweetness. In accordance with strict standards, it is not served during seasonal fishing bans or on days with poor catches; on such occasions, bowls topped with boiled shirasu, salmon, and salmon roe offer a dependable choice. The Tobiccho Don, generously topped with tuna, conger eel, and salmon roe, alongside piping-hot, crispy shirasu kakiage tempura, are also popular, drawing many praises for portions that overflow the bowl and offer exceptional value. The shop is so busy on weekends and holidays that a numbered ticket system is used, allowing guests to take a ticket and stroll around while waiting.
