Itadakimasu. is a jingisukan specialty restaurant in a Susukino standalone house, serving rare purebred Suffolk sheep raised on its own farm in Yuni Town. Known for almost no gaminess and rich sweetness in its lean meat, its high freshness allows it to be enjoyed rare. You can compare different cuts, from the standard assortment featuring thigh, shoulder, and belly, to shoulder loin prized for being soft enough to cut with chopsticks, down to offal cuts such as liver and lung. Besides dipping sauce, enjoying the ingredients simply with salt and pepper or rock salt is a classic approach, with reassuring staff on hand to guide you on grilling timing. For the finish, a soothing lamb gukbap infused with meat flavor is also popular.
