Accessible via the underground walkway from Nagoya Station on B1F of the Dai Nagoya Building, New Old Style Niku Soba Keisuke Dai Nagoya Building's most popular item is the Niku Soba Shoyu, topped with enough chashu to completely cover the bowl. Although rich in appearance, the soy sauce soup offers a sharp, crisp profile derived from aromatic vegetables, and enjoying it with tabletop condiments (yakumi) like ginger, grated onion, back-fat garlic, and fried onions is part of the fun.
