Located on the first floor of Roppongi Hills Keyakizaka Terrace, Bricolage Bread and Company Bakery is a bakery cafe born from a collaboration between bread makers and coffee makers. Its signature item is a croissant baked with many layers of dough, crisp outside and moist inside, leaving a strong buttery impression that brings back many repeat customers. There is also Nomin bread, made using whole wheat flour with as little processing as possible in order to convey the feel of the fields, along with a wide variety of bagels including aosa seaweed cheese, and hard-type breads kneaded with iburigakko. The coffee, made using beans from multiple roasters, is also popular, and breakfast items such as eggs Benedict and avocado toast are available. Open from 7:00, the shop offers a concrete exterior combined with a warm wooden interior, and terrace seats close to the greenery of Keyakizaka provide an open atmosphere. Pets are allowed at the terrace seats, and many customers take out several items together.
