Founded in 1993, LA BISBOCCIA is a standalone Italian restaurant whose entrance, wrapped in greenery and illumination, appears as you walk from Hiroo Station. Stepping inside reveals a world reminiscent of an authentic Italian street corner or winery, filled with lively energy and the cheerful voices of Italian staff. The greatest highlight is the seasonal ingredients presented on a rolling cart, where guests can view the items directly and consult on cooking styles and portions. The signature charcoal-grilled beef tenderloin is known for its fragrant aroma and tenderness, and the risotto finished inside a whole wheel of parmesan cheese is also a favorite. Starters such as burrata cheese and prosciutto paired with seasonal fruits, as well as limited-edition seasonal cold capellini, are equally popular. The 100-seat non-smoking table seating area is spacious enough to accommodate private hire, and wine selections curated by a sommelier make it a wonderful spot for anniversaries and dates.
