Since its founding in 1988, this Saigon Restaurant has been serving authentic flavors on the 3rd floor of a building 4 minutes on foot from the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. Its signature dish is the ami-ami fried spring rolls wrapped in a net-patterned wrapper, which crumble lightly and crisply with each bite, and are well balanced with shrimp and glass noodle filling – many customers order extra as a side dish. The pho, available in beef, chicken, and central Vietnamese style varieties, is light yet has a deep broth flavor, and can be enjoyed to the last bite by varying the taste with cilantro and chili pepper. The lunch set, which includes three kinds of appetizers, a main dish, dessert, and a drink, is known for its high satisfaction, and in the evening it's recommended to share dishes little by little with Vietnamese beers like 333 or Saigon in hand. The calm interior, based around wood, gives off an exotic air the moment you step in, and the 50 seats, including 6 counter seats, can accommodate private hire for 20 to 50 people.
