Dedicated entirely to gyoza since opening in 1999, Tokyo Gyoza-Rou Sangenjaya has won enduring affection in Sangenjaya. Its signature pan-fried gyoza features crisp, aromatic wrappers around a juicy filling. Being able to choose whether to include garlic and chives allows guests to tailor orders to their taste and daily plans. The boiled gyoza with chewy wrappers, and the refreshing shiso gyoza paired with miso sauce, are also popular specialties. A generous side menu includes bean sprouts with savory meat miso and crunchy fried chicken karaage, while set meals accompanied by rice and soup are great for a filling lunch.
