Founded in 1949 and located in the curb market of Chuo Ward, Sapporo, Kita no Gurmet-tei is a large 320-seat seafood dining hall that opens its doors at 07:00. Its signature dish is the seafood bowl piled high with more than 10 kinds of seafood, including sea urchin, salmon roe, crab, scallops, and tuna, astonishing guests with its freshness and gorgeous presentation.
