The signature special tsukemen pairs glossy, extra-thick homemade noodles crafted from domestic wheat with a dense, thick tonkotsu seafood broth, releasing the sweet flavor of wheat with every bite. The regular size offers a generous portion, and orders of large or bigger come with a free refill of the dipping broth. Diners can also enjoy varying the flavor with yuzu powder or shichimi pepper, trying the mala tsukemen favored by spicy-food lovers, or choosing the chuka soba with its balanced seafood and meat-based soup. Renovated to provide 25 seats across counter and table seating, the shop is well-regarded for being bright, clean, and completely non-smoking.
