Okushiba Soup Curry Ekimae Soseiji is a hideaway-like restaurant located in the Hokuren Building underground dining area, very close to Sapporo Station. Its signature dish is soup curry made with a dashi extracted from large quantities of sweet shrimp heads, which has earned a reputation for being aromatic and rich without being greasy. The teppan-grilled 'Okushiba-gu' made from Soya beef is remarkably tender and pairs exceptionally well with the soup. The deep-fried Hokkaido vegetables sourced from contract farmers boast pronounced sweetness, while the bone-in chicken leg is so tender that it easily falls apart.
