The beef fillet katsu sandwich, with its thin coating, rare fillet, and fragrant truffle, is a signature dish that many repeat customers always order. The wagyu yukhoe topped with caviar and sea urchin, the thick-cut black tongue made from the tan-moto (tongue root), and the sukiyaki-style dish combined with egg yolk and truffle are also popular.
