Its signature item is the famous salted butter melonpan that often draws queues, offering a delightful contrast between a cookie-like crispy exterior and a fluffy, chewy dough that oozes butter with every bite. The pain de campagne made with domestic Japanese wheat and house-made levain starter, as well as light-textured croissants, are also popular and pair wonderfully with coffee featuring a balanced acidity and bitterness.
