The signature dish is the limited-quantity Rossini, featuring tender beef fillet topped with rich foie gras and homemade truffle sauce, gaining popularity as breaking the soft-boiled egg adds an even deeper layer of flavor. The signature shirasu and karasumi peperoncino arrives with a towering portion of shirasu piled on along with enthusiastic chants of "Yoisho!", and the thin-crust Neapolitan pizza baked in a kiln can be enjoyed as a half-and-half combining two flavors. Visually playful dishes abound, including foie gras "Pucchin" pudding and tiramisu with chocolate shaved right before your eyes.
