The signature dish of Kurenai is its Kurenai Ramen, featuring its own proprietary hand-kneaded mixed-cut noodles ranging from 2 to 10 mm in thickness. Its rich animal-based broth, made by simmering pork bones, whole chicken, and chicken feet for long hours, is accented with homemade chili oil and garlic.
