Hoseki Bako is a leading figure in Nara's shaved ice culture, known as a pioneer of creative shaved ice topped with espuma. Its signature dish is layered with abundant Nara strawberries, pairing rich sweetness from milk espuma and honey with a textured, berry-rich syrup. The colorful menu also features an adult-oriented matcha shaved ice that highlights the pleasant bitterness of Yamato matcha, as well as a bowl layering yogurt espuma with tropical fruits and berries.
