Its signature keema curry features a smooth, light sauce dotted with finely ground spices and nuts, delivering deep and complex flavors. The distinctive eating style has earned widespread acclaim: hold a fried shishito pepper in your left hand to taste its bitterness while eating the curry with a spoon in your right hand.
