Oimachi Zeniba Seinikuten is an authentic yakiniku restaurant that purchases whole A5 grade Japanese Black wagyu heifers and grills the meat on natural Mount Fuji lava plates. Thanks to the far-infrared effect, the meat is cooked slowly at low temperatures, minimizing smoke and odor while locking in meat juices and umami for a juicy finish. The signature wagyu hamburg steak is served rare and made with 100% Japanese Black wagyu heifer meat, accompanied by an Awaji Island onion sauce that highlights the natural sweetness of the beef.
