Kinki University Fisheries Laboratory, Ginza Branch is a seafood restaurant specializing in the research achievements of fully farmed Kindai tuna and a variety of select fresh fish. The signature Kindai tuna can be enjoyed as sashimi or seafood bowls, filling your mouth with a melting, sweet fat free of gaminess and the refined umami of lean meat.
