Situated in the nature-rich landscape of Nago, Hyakunen Koka Ufuya is an Okinawan restaurant housed in a relocated and restored traditional Ryukyu folk house with more than 100 years of history. The grounds feature a lush green garden and a waterfall with soothing murmurs of flowing water, offering an extraordinary atmosphere that feels like traveling back in time to ancient Okinawa. During lunch, the popular choices include Okinawa soba, praised for its homemade noodles and refined soup blending the umami of bonito and pork, as well as juicy (seasoned rice). In the evening, an Agu pork shabu-shabu course meal is served, allowing guests to savor the sweet fat and rich depth of the meat for a luxurious travel dining experience.
