Arossa Ginza is a bistro on the 8th floor of Ginza Velvet Building serving authentic New Zealand cuisine and wine. A lunch highlight is the weekly set, complete with the signature Arossa salad—packed with a full bowl of vegetables and beans served with house-made dressing—and rich pumpkin potage. In the evening, the menu features tender, rosé-roasted NZ lamb and fresh raw oysters, harmonizing exquisitely with rich Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. The relaxed 22-seat interior includes comfortable sofa seating, with large windows overlooking the evening lights of Ginza. Along with attentive wine recommendations from the staff, guests can enjoy a leisurely, refined time.
