Located in Goi, Ichihara City, Ramen Hamanoya is an authentic Iekei ramen specialty shop run by an owner inheriting the lineage of a prestigious ramen house. The signature soup harmonizes heavy dashi from pork bones and chicken bones with sharp soy sauce tare and high-quality chicken oil; rich yet clean on the finish, a deep savoriness rushes over you from the very first sip. The noodles paired with it are flat, medium-thick noodles from Sakai Seimen, a purveyor renowned for Iekei ramen, blending seamlessly with the broth through their chewy texture and smooth slurping quality.
