Its signature Meguro Nabe features a jet-black broth combining charred garlic black mayu oil with miso, blended with the rich flavors of tender, plump Iki beef offal that has no gaminess, creating an addictive dish. The menu also offers many appetizing dishes that pair well with alcohol, such as the Kirari Nabe loaded with grated Japanese mountain yam and an assortment of exceptionally fresh horse meat sashimi delivered directly from Kyushu.
