Situated on the 3rd floor of the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building, Ajidokoro Kikuyo Shokudo New Chitose Airport Branch is an eatery where visitors can casually enjoy the seafood bowls made famous at the Hakodate Morning Market. The signature dish, Ganso Hakodate Tomoe-don, is a lavish three-color bowl combining melt-in-the-mouth sweet sea urchin, pop-in-the-mouth salmon roe marinated in a special sauce, and thick scallops over warm white rice. In addition, the Okonomi-don is highly popular, allowing diners to customize their own bowl by combining favorite ingredients such as crab and shrimp.
