DARUMAYA Shinjukunishiguchihon is a cozy 13-seat counter jingisukan specialty shop located on the 2nd floor of a multi-tenant building. Upon being seated, guests are first served the signature raw lamb according to party size; it is free of unpleasant odors and offers a juicy, tender texture enjoyed with a special dipping sauce. The towering lamb block grilled in the center and the juicy lamb hamburger finished right before your eyes with a blowtorch are also highly popular. The staff skillfully guides the grilling of meats and vegetables so that you never miss the best moment to eat. With thoughtful concluding touches, such as fragrant garlic butter rice prepared on the remaining hot plate and hojicha-infused dipping sauce, you can fully appreciate the depth of lamb's flavors.
