The signature shoyu ramen features an additive-free soup carefully layered with Sagamihara soy sauce and whole chicken dashi (Japanese soup stock), letting a clear depth and rich umami gently spread across the palate. The accompanying homemade straight thin noodles are kneaded with roasted soybean flour, offering a pleasant bite and the fragrant aroma of wheat.
