Founded in 1972, Ramen Fuji Kyoto Main Store is a long-established ramen shop that has been cherished for decades under direct operation by Kondo Seimen. Its signature ramen achieves an exquisite balance between low-hydration straight noodles fragrant with wheat and a clear pork bone-based soy sauce broth that is rich yet refreshing.
