Nestled along Brick Street in Ginza, Tori Baka Ichidai is an establishment proud of its authentic skewers and chicken dishes grilled over Kishu binchotan charcoal. The generously skewered local and brand chicken are grilled with exquisite precision, yielding a crispy, fragrant exterior and packed with concentrated, overflowing juices inside. Beyond skewers, there is also a lineup of dishes that pair well with alcohol, such as minced chicken soboro rice bound with rich, runny egg yolk and smooth liver pâté.
