Located right by Uchisaiwaicho Station, Tamuracho Kimuraya Honten is a long-standing Western confectionery shop and cafe founded in 1900. Its signature Banana Cake is an enduring favorite, wrapping ripe banana and gently sweet custard cream in a moist, chewy crepe. The great-value cake set, which lets you choose your favorite cake from the showcase, is also popular, offering nostalgic flavors such as a butter cream cake shaped like a rose. The cafe area with about 20 seats at the back of the shop is filled with a relaxing, Showa-era retro atmosphere that lets you forget the urban bustle.
