Famous for cured ham shaved ultra-thin using a dedicated slicer upon every order, Petalo SHIBUYA STREAM is an Italian bar filled with cheerful energy. The signature platter of prosciutto and salami is customarily enjoyed by placing the meat atop gnocco fritto, hot and chewy Italian fried bread. The heat of the bread gently melts the ham's high-quality fat, spreading a rich and mellow umami throughout your mouth with every bite. The fluffy, freshly shaved raspadūra cheese served as otoshi (table charge appetizer) and the hearty weekly pasta dishes are also very popular. Featuring whole legs of cured ham suspended across the ceiling, the open interior offers counter seats overlooking the kitchen as well as comfortable table seats. With direct access from Shibuya Station, it is a welcoming spot for a girls' night out with wine, a casual date, or a quick, relaxed drink.
