Sushiya Nouokin Ginza is a sushi izakaya where you can casually enjoy nigiri sushi topped generously with large toppings on red vinegar sushi rice, alongside fresh seafood sourced through the Uokin standard. The signature nigiri is designed to be brushed with soy sauce using a tabletop brush, offering satisfying portions from lunch to dinner. The menu also offers a rich selection of seafood dishes that go well with drinks, including bold, thick-cut sashimi assortments, freshly fried tempura, and simmered fish infused with dashi broth. All-you-can-drink plans featuring local sake and other beverages are also available to create a satisfying feast.
