On the 11th floor in Ginza, share modern Greek plates while overlooking the night view

  • Signature dish: lemon pie
  • Piping hot saganaki cheese
  • Tender lamb shoulder
  • Share pita and dips
  • Night view of Ginza from the 11th floor
  • Great for dates and girls' gatherings
  • Private and semi-private rooms available
  • Stylish space with marble-style decor

The lemon pie, with its crisp meringue and crumble layered with tart lemon cream in three layers, is the signature dessert not to be missed at THE APOLLO. Saganaki cheese, made from sheep or goat milk cheese cooked on a hot plate and finished with honey and lemon, is best enjoyed piping hot, while the lamb shoulder, slow-cooked and then grilled, is served refreshingly with tzatziki sauce and lemon. Scooping up yellow split pea dip or taramasalata with freshly baked pita bread livens up the conversation at the shared table. Said to originate from a modern Greek brand from Sydney, Australia, the 11th floor, lined with white marble-style tables, offers sweeping views of the Ginza cityscape and night view through its large windows. It is chosen for dates, girls' gatherings, and family celebrations using the private rooms, and there are voices saying that the daytime course, filled with bright light, is also highly satisfying.
