Please store them in nearby coin lockers before visiting. * Please understand that we cannot accept requests for specific seats when booking by phone. * Seats available for selection during online reservations are divided into designated non-smoking and smoking seats. * For seat-only reservations, a 90-minute time limit may apply during busy times (last order at 60 minutes, departure at 90 minutes). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. * For 120-minute course meals (120-minute table usage), last order is at 90 minutes; for 180-minute course meals (180-minute table usage), last order is at 150 minutes. * By passive smoking prevention ordinances, underage guests are prohibited from entering the heated-tobacco seating area. You will be seated in the non-smoking area. Please notify us in advance if underage guests will be visiting. * Bringing outside drinks without prior permission is strictly prohibited. Please consult staff in advance regarding bringing drinks and corkage fees. * For Tabelog online reservations, we decline reservations from guests with 2 or more no-shows. * Please note that times and reservation details cannot be changed in the event of late arrival. * For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved date and time, ¥4,400 x number of guests will be charged for seat-only reservations, and 100% of the reservation fee for course meal reservations. * The final deadline for cancelling a Monday reservation is 22:00 on the preceding Saturday. * For unnotified cancellations (no-shows), an appropriate cancellation fee will be calculated and billed. Cancellations will incur ¥4,400 x number of guests for seat-only reservations and 100% of the reservation fee for course meal reservations. * Reservations where the guest cannot be reached 15 minutes after the reservation time will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will be charged. Reservations made with unreachable phone numbers are declined. * Cancellation fees cannot be waived under any circumstances or for any reasons on the guest's part.
