Opened in 2005 as a direct branch of Yoshimuraya, the birthplace of Iekei ramen, Tengara Ramen Atsugi-Kita has become a pilgrimage destination for Iekei fans with its bowl uniting rich tonkotsu umami, sharp soy sauce tare, and aromatic chicken oil. Guests can customize noodle firmness, flavor richness, and oil quantity to their liking, with Sakai Seimen's short, thick, and chewy medium-thick noodles clinging well to the dense soup.
