Since its founding in 1983, Kohitei has been brewing coffee near Ikebukuro Station as a long-established café. Its signature dish is the 'Ambre de Reine,' known as the 'amber queen,' which is said to offer a unique flavor when drunk without stirring in the floated fresh cream, allowing the sweetness and the coffee's aroma to blend together in layers.
