The signature dish at "Ore no Kappo Soba GINZA5" is niku-soba, piled high with beef and pork simmered in a sweet-savory sauce. Thick, chewy noodles are dipped into a spicy tsuyu flavored with chili oil, and mixing in a raw egg partway through changes the flavor to something milder, a combination said to keep you enjoying it to the last bite. Other dishes that go well with drinks are also available, such as nori-goma soba loaded with sesame and seaweed, ajitama tori-soba which can be chosen hot or cold, freshly fried tempura with a light batter, and large tsukune served with egg yolk or cheese. The amount of soba noodles can be chosen from small to large, and there's also a system that lets you freely add raw egg or tenkasu. Sake, shochu, and wine are also available, and there are courses that include all-you-can-drink, making it suitable for a light drink as well. The 43 seats have been renewed to all-seated seating and the entire restaurant is non-smoking, with counter seats available so solo diners can feel comfortable too. Located underground just steps from Ginza Station, it's an easy place to stop by even during a lunch break.
