Maguro Mart's signature dish is a large bone-in tuna nakaochi (rib meat) that you scrape off with a spoon or spatula. Wrapping it with sushi rice (shari) and nori like a hand roll makes the scraping experience fun and lively for everyone. The signature sashimi platter lets you compare chu-toro and lean akami alongside rare cuts such as noten (crown), hachinoko, chin, and cheek, delighting diners with their meat-like texture and sweet fat.
