The moment you step off the elevator, an 8–9m atrium ceiling opens up before you at RESTAURANT DAZZLE, an Italian restaurant on an upper floor of the Mikimoto Building in Ginza. A wall lined with about 2000 bottles of wine takes center stage in the space, and at night, candlelight creates a romantic atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its homemade hand-cut pasta made with buckwheat flour and scorched wheat, served with seasonal sauces such as karasumi (dried mullet roe) or mushroom cream.
