Located on the 41st floor of Shiodome City Center, 215m above ground, Tenku Yakiniku Seiyusan is a restaurant where you can enjoy yakiniku while taking in the night view spreading outside the window. The signature sirloin yukhoe, thinly sliced and served with two sauces – a sweet nut sauce and a scallion salt sauce – is known for its melt-in-the-mouth texture, while the long-aged beef tongue and the stone-grilled bibimbap layered with foie gras and truffle also leave a luxurious sense of satisfaction. For birthdays and anniversaries, a meat cake decorated with flowers is brought out as a surprise, and there are ongoing touches that excite the table, such as a sherbet finished right in front of you using liquid nitrogen. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking, and offers couple seats, private rooms, and semi-private rooms, making it easy to use for dates, business entertaining, or family celebrations.
