Just a short walk from the central ticket gate of Ueno Station, Rokurinsha Ueno is located on the first floor of Atre Ueno and carries on the style of rich pork bone and seafood dipping broth paired with thick, curly noodles. The chewy, springy noodles release more wheat flavor with each bite, and they pair well with the deeply flavorful dipping broth simmered for a long time. The signature raw shichimi tsukemen adds fragrance and refreshing brightness by coating the noodles with raw shichimi, lightening up the richness of the dish.
