Situated on the 8th floor of EXIT MELSA just a short walk from Ginza Station, Restaurant Air welcomes guests into an elegant dining room styled in white. The restaurant's signature dish is its namesake specialty "Air"—a creation layering vegetables, seafood, and ice cream inside a wine glass, designed to be gently mixed with a spoon before savoring; some guests visit just to experience this dish. Seasonal courses feature innovative offerings such as soup in jelly exploring six tastes, inventive presentations using over 20 varieties of vegetables, charcoal-grilled beef fillet, and foie gras served in unique preparations like soft-serve ice cream. The low-temperature cooked fish dishes are also acclaimed for their delicate heating, and the sommelier's personalized wine pairings provide wonderful reassurance. The dining area offers just 15 seats across table seats and sofa seats, completely non-smoking and strictly reservation-only.
