Located a few minutes' walk from Ebisu Station across the first floor and basement of SUN Ebisu, HEARTH is a casual French-Italian bistro showcasing 100% buckwheat galettes as its specialty. The homemade batter blends stone-ground Hokkaido buckwheat flour with coarsely ground flour, resulting in galettes that are crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside, with a wide variety of toppings that make choosing fun. The rich cheese fondue finished with Gruyère cheese, white wine, and brandy, as well as the chewy fresh pasta, are also popular, while the A5 Black Wagyu bistecca prepared right in front of you offers an entertaining tableside performance.
