Facing Yamate-dori street, Warito has been operating since 2009 as a specialty shop for rich seafood and pork bone tsukemen. The signature Warito Tsukemen is a classic bowl featuring chewy thick noodles that catch the thick, velvety dipping soup, with noodle portions of 200g, 250g, and 300g available for the same price. The thick-sliced chashu pork maintains a satisfying bite while remaining tender enough to flake apart, holding its own against the deep broth. When the dipping broth cools down, guests can request a heated stone to be placed inside, and finishing with the soup-wari broth on the counter ensures a deeply flavorful, piping-hot experience to the very end. Some diners also choose the "atsumori" style, where the thick noodles are served warm in a light dashi broth. With only 12 counter seats, the entire shop is non-smoking, allowing guests to enjoy watching the owner cook right before their eyes. Service is swift, making it an easy and casual spot to drop by for a solo weekday lunch.
