The star of Kurumu is its signature vegetable platter, piled high on a long plate with around 15 varieties of leafy greens such as lettuce and perilla leaves; it offers free refills, providing enough volume to fill you up on greens alone. Staff grill the thick-cut pork while watching the degree of cooking, allowing guests to focus on wrapping and eating while changing flavors with miso sauce or gochujang.
