On the 24th floor of The Peninsula Tokyo, reached by a dedicated elevator, is Peter's dining room. Beyond the large windows lie the Imperial Palace Outer Garden and Hibiya Park, which transform into Tokyo's night skyline once the sun sets. The modern interior, based in purple and black, heightens the extraordinary atmosphere, and the adjoining bar offers the signature cocktail 'Tokyo Joe,' served since opening. The cuisine incorporates Japanese ingredients into French techniques, with dashi-flavored horsehair crab chawanmushi and a beef main course cooked to perfection among the popular dishes, along with a special butter blended with brown rice tea or matcha. For birthdays and anniversaries, they can accommodate requests for plates or surprises, and private rooms for 2 to 10 people make it suitable for family meals as well. The entire restaurant is non-smoking, and lunch is said to be relatively affordable.
